Payment
Strictly payment with order.
Goods are normally despatched with 24 hrs from receipt of order.
You will be advised by email when your order is despatched, and when to expect delivery.
If you do not receive a despatch notification, please email us. We may have had difficulties with your email address.
Software Licence Agreement.
A licence agreement is displayed during installation of Bonsai Genie.
If you do not wish to accept the conditions of the agreement, please do not install the software.
Licence
Purchased copies of Bonsai Genie are supplied with a
licence. You use this licence to register Bonsai Genie on our web site.
The software will run in evaluation (restricted) mode until the product is registered.
You register Bonsai Genie on the
internet. If you wish to install Bonsai Genie on a computer that does not have an internet connection, you can register by E-mail (by special arrangement)
Since the licence details are revealed to the customer, the purchase price is non-refundable.
Taxes
Each customer shall be solely responsible for all import duties, sales taxes, or other taxes.
Security
All outgoing and incoming email is screened using Norton Anti-Virus 2004.
We allow this software to conduct automatic Live Updates to ensure the most recent Anti Virus definitions are used for screening.

Warranty for goods provided.
Bonsai Genie CD’s and SWAP Library CD’s are guaranteed for a period of 3 months.
A replacement will be supplied if a CD is found to be damaged or faulty within that time. Otherwise, goods supplied are non-returnable. (see Terms & Conditions)
Our software is fully tested before release to users. However, we acknowledge that it is not possible to guarantee that software is completely
bug free. In the event of a bug being reported, we are committed to applying a fix as a matter of urgency. Any such fixes are posted on the Bonsai Genie Product Support Web Site as Program updates.
Program updates are normally released to introduce product enhancements, and can be downloaded free of charge by Bonsai Genie users.
We use Norton Anti-Virus 2004 to check our products.
However, we recommend that customers run their own virus check on each CD before installation.
